The Board of Directors are responsible for the strategic direction and success of the company. They are responsible for the delivery of a wide range of services and day-to-day operations across the organisation against the plans that have been agreed with Stockport Council.

The Board meet on a regular basis to discuss strategic issues, policies and make key decisions.
