Individual Solutions SK (Learning and Development), can offer a wide range of training and development opportunities to your organisation. We have a three star ‘Excellent’ rating, understand the world of Adult Social Care and will be seeking to renew Investor in People status within Individual Solutions SK in the near future. Our training and development staff are both experienced and qualified and happy to adapt training programmes to the needs of the individual customer.

The Training Team:
Our team of trainers are both experienced and qualified in the field of Health and Social Care.

As a small organisation, we are able to offer that personal touch so often missing in larger organisations. We are happy to adapt any of our training packs to the needs of the customer and offer our expertise and input on development of Policy and Procedure. Our staff holds a number of qualifications including NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifiers awards; NVQ Level 3 and 4 Mentorship qualifications; Nursing Qualifications and Post Graduate certificates in Education.

Development Services:
We are a 3 Star ‘Excellent’ rated service. It has been a difficult and challenging journey which has taught us a great deal. We are able to offer our learning and expertise, in a consultancy capacity to organisations who wish to raise their status and develop their practices. We can offer advice and guidance, as well as hands on practical support to assist organisations aim higher and secure improvements in both systems and organisation

Courses and Awards:
We can offer both training and awards to our customers. We are happy to sit with you and work out your training needs helping you organise the training of your staff, in the knowledge we are a 3 star excellent service.

We understand that people are very busy and so endeavour to meet specifically the AIMS and OBJECTIVES of our customers. We are happy to create new training programmes that are individually tailored to your service need. To cater for this, we offer short programmes of half a day, full day programmes and two day programmes, dependent on your staff needs and depth of knowledge required.
