Our reablement support workers will work for up to 6 weeks with people to help maximise their potential and promote their independence by helping them to rehabilitate and re-learn daily living skills. The staff will work in partnership with our users to assist them to achieve their goals and realise their aspirations.

The service will offer advice and practical support to ensure that users have support in place that is tailored to their needs and keeps people safe and independent.

We have dedicated teams of staff who focus on an people’s expressed outcomes to remain independent and actively participate in their local communities.

We offer a flexible approach that will focus on the uniqueness of each individual, by concentrating on their abilities and what they can do.
