In 2006 Stockport Council consulted with a wide range of people in the community
and put together an action plan of work to improve our services for people with
a disability.
Over the past three years we have been working hard to meet the needs of our community.
We feel it is now time to review our work, make sure we're heading in the right
direction, and see what more still needs to be done.
We want to know about your opinions and experiences of using our services. The information
you provide in this questionnaire will be used to consider future service improvements
in our Disability Equality Action Plan, to be published later in the year.
All of you comments and any personal information you choose to give us will be kept
confidential.
