If you have received a Penalty Charge Notice that you feel was incorrectly issued, you can appeal against it using this online form. To give your appeal the best chance of success, please set out as clearly as possible the reasons why you believe the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) should be cancelled. This might include an explanation of why you consider you were not parked unlawfully, or mitigating factors that you would like us to take into account, or a combination of the two.

Please note that if you have received a letter regarding your PCN from the Council, the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, the County Court or our bailiffs it is absolutely essential that you follow the instructions in that correspondence.
