If your circumstances change you must tell us as soon as possible. Please see our Council Tax pages for more information. Please can you quote your Council Tax Reference number on the form if you know it. It is quoted on all our letters and starts with a 5 and is 10 digits long. If you can do this it will help to speed up dealing with your account.
So that we can find your account please provide as much detail as possible.
Under normal circumstances our standard aim is to respond fully within 10 working days.
Please be aware that we do have large volumes of customer enquiries to deal with at this time and your revised Council Tax bill could take a few weeks to be sent to you. Please bear with us and we apologise for the delay.
