This online form is to request a paper copy of the voter registration form.

Please use this form if you are already registered to vote but would like us to send you an application for a postal vote. This will be sent in the post to the address where the elector is registered.

Note: If you are not currently on the electoral register you should not use this form to request a postal vote. You must first register to vote and can do this online in less than 5 minutes. The online application form includes an option to request a postal vote. We cannot send a postal vote application form to someone who has not applied to be on the electoral register.
