Farm probably with C18 origins, which retains external character and associated farm buildings included for group value and local historical associations.

HISTORIC ASSET DESCRIPTION

The House
Farmhouse with stone flag roof and rendered walls probably of brick. Offset entrance with a shallow porch. Windows are generally casements. Of four bays with end stacks and another between bays three and four. Entrance between bays one and two, suggesting a three-unit plan form with services to the right, principal room and heated parlour to the left. Partial inspection only at time of survey, access not obtained.

Farm Buildings
Associated farm buildings including former stables, barns etc are of red brick with slate and flag roofs. They have been substantially altered in connection with residential and retail use.
